By accessing and using the services of CryHosting ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service Usage and Prohibited Activities

You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only. You are prohibited from using our services to engage in illegal activities, transmit abusive material, host pirated software, conduct network attacks (DDoS), or use the server for cryptocurrency mining. Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of your service without a refund.

3. Account and Payment

You are responsible for your account's security. Services are billed on a recurring basis. We offer a refund within [e.g., 72 hours] of the initial purchase for new customers. Refunds are not provided for renewals or for violations of these Terms.

4. Uptime Guarantee

We guarantee a 99.9% network uptime. This guarantee does not cover scheduled maintenance or downtime caused by factors outside of our control, such as DDoS attacks or client-side errors.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CryHosting be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the service, including loss of data. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.
